*Since each jacket is one of a kind and handmade by our skilled artisans in San Francisco, we do not mass produce therefore sometimes it takes 2 to 3 weeks to be ready to proceed orders depending on our stock. Please check the availability info on each item’s page.

*Orders of items in stock are processed within 24 hours, excluding holidays. (Please make sure to fill out your info such as credit card number, your address and your name correctly!) Orders are processed from San Francisco, CA. All shipments within the U.S. are sent by USPS Priority Mail. Insurance are included in shipping except international shipping. For international shipping, please see below.  Snacku is not responsible for items’ loss/damge after it is shipped. Residents of California will 8.75% sales tax on their purchase. Please note that all non-customs related local taxes are the customer's responsibility.

*International shipping: we ship through USPS priority mail but we are happy to 
add insurance or use of other courier if you prefer that way! Please

Orders that are shipped to countries outside the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs tariffs, and fees levied by the destination country or the shipping company. These charges are the customer's responsibility and will be billed by the delivery company. We have no control over these charges and are unable to estimate them. Tariffs and taxes are neither collected nor included in your price calculation at the time of your order; for an estimate of these fees, which vary by region, please contact the customs office in your area.
