The orange button o the front is inspired by the accent colors The Cure used in their earlier promotion videos such as the eyes of the shadow monster in "Boys don't cry" and colorful socks in "In between days", etc.
The squirrel collected lots of awesome wooden buttons for the shirts just like she likes collecting acorns but the caveman told her "just one button looks cool." And she agreed.
